Please contact the store with any issues with our products. While products are made with simple ingredients, everyone's skin responds differently. Please always complete a patch test first. If there's any irritation, please discontinue use. These products have not been tested or approved by the FDA. For any melted items during the summer months, please place items in the fridge for at least 1 hour and then keep products in a cool and dry place =) You may purchase your items online which will be shipped via USPS with a standard rate of $8.80 anywhere in the US or items can be picked up at any of our pop-up shops. No returns or exchanges.
